The clay for this piece was dug by hand from the banks of the Chilliwack River. The piece is all about material and place with it's minimal form and simple glaze application. The only surface embellishment is the geographical coordinates identifying the origin of the clay. The pitcher measures approx. 3.5" across the top and 7" in height. These are made individually and there is some variation in clay colour so the piece you get may be slightly different from the piece pictured here.
